Summary: BookMyCourt Admin collects only the data necessary to provide court management and booking features. We do not sell your data, do not serve ads, and do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
1. Information We Collect
When you use BookMyCourt Admin, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
- Facility Data: Sports court details, facility names, locations, operating hours, pricing, court types (indoor/outdoor), and amenity information.
- Booking Data: Court booking records, schedules, client booking requests, approvals, cancellations, and booking history.
- Business Data: Revenue reports, settlement records, and payment transaction summaries.
- Staff Data: Staff member profiles, roles, and permissions within your facility.
- Authentication Tokens: Securely stored tokens for maintaining your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your secure session
- Enable court booking management, scheduling, and availability control
- Display your facility dashboard, booking analytics, and revenue reports
- Process settlement and payment information
- Send push notifications for new bookings, cancellations, and important updates
- Allow players to discover and book your courts through the BookMyCourt client app
- Provide role-based access to features based on your permissions
3. Data Storage and Security
- Authentication tokens are stored using your device's encrypted secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- We use role-based access control — staff members can only access data they are authorized to view.
- Your password is never stored in plain text on the device or server.
- Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security controls.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- With Players/Clients: Your facility name, location, court availability, pricing, and photos are visible to players who use the BookMyCourt client app to search and book courts.
- Service Infrastructure: We use Firebase (Google) for push notifications and crash reporting, and cloud hosting services for data storage. These providers process data under strict data protection agreements.
- Payment Processors: Settlement and payment data is shared with payment processing partners to facilitate transactions. They operate under their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
5. Permissions
BookMyCourt Admin requests the following device permissions:
- Internet Access: Required to communicate with the BookMyCourt server.
- Push Notifications: To receive real-time alerts for new bookings, cancellations, and updates.
- Secure Storage: Used to securely store authentication tokens on your device.
- Location (Optional): To help set your facility location on the map. This is optional and only used when you explicitly grant permission.
- Camera/Photo Library (Optional): To upload facility and court photos. Only accessed when you choose to upload an image.
We do not access your contacts, microphone, or other personal data on your device.
6. Data Retention
- Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Booking and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal compliance purposes.
- If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Authentication tokens stored on your device are cleared upon logout.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the app
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (see Account Deletion)
- Export your booking and business data
- Withdraw consent by uninstalling the app and requesting account deletion
8. Children's Privacy
BookMyCourt Admin is a business management application intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
