How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your BookMyCourt Admin account using any of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the BookMyCourt Admin app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar)
- Tap Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@bookmycourt.com with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your facility/business name
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your facility management settings and preferences
- Staff member associations and role assignments
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business continuity purposes:
- Booking Records: Historical booking transactions may be retained for up to 3 years for legal and accounting compliance.
- Settlement/Payment Records: Financial transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Player-Facing Data: Reviews and ratings left by players about your facility will be anonymized but may remain visible.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you are the sole admin of a facility, the facility listing will be deactivated upon account deletion.
- Any active bookings at the time of deletion will need to be handled (completed or cancelled) before the account can be fully removed.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — you must follow the steps above.
