Glambook — How to delete your account and data

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the Glambook app
Go to Profile
Tap Account Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Email admin@revocaresolutions.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email.

Deletion processed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Account profile and login credentials
Favorite salons and preferences
Search history and location preferences
Push notification tokens

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal/regulatory purposes:

Booking Records: Up to 3 years for compliance.
Payment Records: As required by tax regulations.
Reviews: Anonymized but may remain visible.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Upcoming appointments will be automatically cancelled.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
